About Us
established in 2006
I began raising Katadin sheep in 2006 with the mission of producing a superior lamb meat product for my immediate community. Over the years, demand for a milder, fresher tasting lamb has continued to grow. Today, not only do I supply to direct customers, but also to specialized meat packing companies.
The process of raising sheep relies on quality help. Much of the rotational process requires good working Border Collies to manange sheep movement. See my main herding dogs on the Border Collie page.
Thank you for visiting Azevedo Sheep. I look forward to seeing you out on the range.
